چکیده
Presenter: Ashish Singhal MBBS, DNB | Fortis Hospitals Background: Pure laparoscopic donor hepatectomy (PLDH) has become an accepted surgical procedure in living liver transplantation (LDLT). This study aimed to report our technique of duct division PLDH: Duct by Extraglissonian Looping after Hilar plate Incision (DELHI). Methods: The medical records 147 consecutive (10/ 2019 - 12/2020) LDLTs at center were retrospectively reviewed. PLDH (n=65) and Open (ODH, n=82) groups compared. DELHI Technique: is lifted up from proposed biliary confluence sharply incised shears create a triangular space above the confluence. Subsequently, right hepatic looped. done under ICG guidance. Results: There was no difference baseline operative characteristics recipient between two groups. postoperative complications among donors or recipients Conclusion: Using technique, can be performed safely as ODH. Further analysis including long-term outcomes are required.

Laparoscopic living donor hepatectomy
Shortage of deceased donor organs led to establishment of living donor liver transplantation. Recent reports have strongly suggested that laparoscopic approach should be the gold standard for lesions in the left lateral section. Laparoscopic living donor left lateral sectionectomy was first described in 2002. Subsequently, laparoscopic procurement of left lateral sections was shown to be safe a...

RATIONALE With refinements in the operative technique, laparoscopic surgery has become the standard practice for liver resection. In the field of living donor liver transplantation, a few centers adopted laparoscopic surgery as an alternative to conventional open donor hepatectomy, and the application of pure laparoscopic donor right hepatectomy has been limited to the donors with simple, favor...

OBJECTIVE Compare two different techniques for laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy (LDN), related to the operative costs and learning curve. MATERIALS AND METHODS Between April/2000 and October/2003, 61 patients were submitted to LDN in 2 different reference centers in kidney transplantation. At center A (CA), 11 patients were operated by a pure transperitoneal approach, using Hem-O-Lok clips...

Pure laparoscopic hepatectomy is thought to be a less invasive procedure than conventional open hepatectomy for the resection of hepatic lesions (1). Recent development of devices facilitates expansion of the indication of the procedure (2, 3). At the present moment, common advantages of laparoscopic surgery, such as early recovery and discharge with smaller postoperative pain and earlier intak...
متن کاملPure Laparoscopic Hepatectomy Combined with a Pure Laparoscopic Pringle Maneuver in Patients with Severe Cirrhosis
Laparoscopic hepatectomy is a standard surgical procedure. However, it is difficult to perform in patients with severe cirrhosis because of fibrosis and a high risk of hemorrhage. We report our recent experience in five cases of pure laparoscopic hepatectomy combined with a pure laparoscopic Pringle maneuver in patients with severe cirrhosis. From 2012 to 2014, we performed pure laparoscopic pa...
